If you do not know your Center IC Staff Login ID, or you do not have a working staff email address, contact one of your Center IC System Administrators for assistance. System Administrators can verify your staff email address and Login ID so that you can reset your own password.
System Administrators can also have a new password reset email sent to you when they choose Send Password Reset... from your Staff record.
You must have a working email address to change your password. Only you are able to change your password. System Administrators cannot see your password and are not able to change it for you.
