If you do not know your Center IC Staff Login ID, or you do not have a working staff email address, contact one of your Center IC System Administrators for assistance. System Administrators can verify your staff email address and Login ID.
System Administrators can also have a new password reset email sent to you when they choose Send Password Reset... from your Staff record.
You must have a working email address to change your password. Only you are able to change your password. System Administrators cannot see your password and are not able to change it for you.
