Small Business Breakthroughs with Sasikala Sundaram, Tuesday, April 28, 2026

Where: Online
When: Tuesday, April 28, 2026 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Topic: Strategic Planning

Join the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Columbus State Community College for a podcast-style discussion designed to dig into the topics that are impacting your business and keeping you up at night.

The April SBB Guest will be Sasikala Sundaram, Founder and CEO of Sastha AI Agency. We will be discussing AI implementation for small business owners.

Artificial intelligence is no longer reserved for large corporations-it's now practical, affordable, and within reach for small businesses. Yet many small and mid-sized businesses continue to lose 10-20 hours each week to manual administrative work and repetitive tasks, while delayed responses to potential customers quietly impact revenue.

The opportunity is clear. AI can streamline lead qualification, automate appointment scheduling, and enable 24/7 customer engagement. It can also produce high-quality marketing content-ads, flyers, and social media posts-in minutes. With today's no-code tools, these capabilities are accessible without technical expertise. By starting with just one process, businesses can often realize immediate time savings and cost reductions, then build from there.

Join us for a live recording of the Small Business Breakthroughs podcast featuring Sasikala Sundaram, Founder and CEO of Sastha AI. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and architecture, Sasikala now focuses on helping small and mid-sized businesses adopt AI in practical, results-driven ways-improving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting growth without adding staff.

This conversation will connect SBDC insights and resources with real-world experience, offering practical takeaways for entrepreneurs, founders, and small business leaders.

Register today to reserve your spot and receive participation details. Space is limited.
We look forward to having you join us.

GUEST: Sasikala Sundaram
Sasikala Sundaram is the Founder & CEO of Sastha AI, an AI transformation company focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses adopt AI in a practical, ROI-driven way.
With over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and architecture, she has led large-scale transformation initiatives and now brings that same expertise to small businesses-helping them automate operations, reduce costs, and grow without increasing headcount.
Her mission is simple: make AI accessible, actionable, and impactful for everyday businesses.

Social media can feel overwhelming, especially when you're running a business and wearing multiple hats. In this educational webinar, "Using AI to Conquer Social Media," small business owners will learn how AI can simplify and support their social media efforts-without needing to be tech-savvy.

This session will explore popular AI tools that can help you plan, create, and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, giving you a clear understanding of what's available and how these tools can fit into your business.

Who is using which social media platforms

What types of content perform best on each platform

When to post for better visibility and engagement

How to choose what to post based on your business goals

You'll walk away with:

A clearer understanding of how AI can support social media planning

Insight into platform-specific strategies and audiences

Practical ideas you can apply to your own content plan

If you're looking for a smarter, more strategic approach to social media, this webinar will give you the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.
