Deonna is a small business strategist and startup consultant with expertise in business planning, financial management, operations management, event planning and marketing strategy development. She is owner and managing consultant of Aventi Enterprises, LLC, a small business consulting firm in Columbus, OH that offers training and management support for new and emerging small business owners. Over the last ten years, Deonna has supported the development of small and minority-owned businesses and non-profits in Central Ohio through community projects, entrepreneurial training programs and fundraising efforts, including grants, loans and crowd funding.
