During this time of COVID-19 and business uncertainty, small businesses must use all their skills to stay ahead. In the "Meaningful Communication Catalysts" workshop we will discuss how to improve your business through effective communications; whether verbal, non-verbal, written, or electronic, it is important to be intentional about the messages we desire to convey. We will use fun, light-hearted humor-centered scenarios, while learning effective principles of communication, so we can be the catalysts of positive change in everyday business interactions.
