She functions as a liaison between the minority and small business community for BWC and has nearly 30 years of workers’ compensation experience. She started as a rate analyst. Melony then moved into the client relations department of BWC as an account executive where she developed a unique ability to actively listen to and address Ohio employers’ workers’ compensation concerns. As the Minority & Small Business Advocate, Melony assists minority and small businesses navigate through the Ohio workers’ compensation system. BWC and Melony are committed to assist this vast group of employers to grow and strive in Ohio’s economy.
