REGISTRATION HAS ENDED. This Employment Law Webinar for Small Business Owners will address some of the many legal concerns during the COVID-19 outbreak. Partners Kristen Kraus and Ric Selby from Dworken & Bernstein Co, L.P.A. will cover the following topics: *Should employers continue to pay employees full or partial wages when shut down or have them file for unemployment? *Liability concerns on making workers come into work. Should employees sign a waiver to release the company from liability? *Has there been any recommendations by the Government regarding how PTO must be used or not used during this time off? *The IRS and Labor announced a plan to implement Coronavirus-related paid leave for workers and tax credits for small and midsize businesses to swiftly recover the cost of providing Coronavirus-related leave.
