The Ohio Department of Agriculture has rules and regulations that you must comply with if you are baking in your home and then selling your goods. If you attend this seminar you will learn the following: -What are the differences and distinctions between cottage foods and home bakeries? -What are the 16 cottage foods that you are allowed to make? -What are the labeling requirements? -What’s involved in obtaining a home bakery license? And much, much more! Participants will go home with valuable information to ensure that their in-home bakery follows the law, is safe, and will make good treats to eat for years to come.
