Conversational Management Series- Virtual Information Session Join Cathie Leimbach of Agon Leadership on February 23 to learn more about the Conversational Management Course starting in March. Processes taught in the Conversational Management course will help lead conversations supervisors need to have with their employees to develop and maintain morale and quality workplace results. Learn more about how this program will: Equip Leaders & Managers to coach, develop & lead high performance teams Equip employees to vastly improve communication & collaboration Program dates: March 2nd 8:30 am - 1:30 pm (In person at LCCC) Tuesdays & Thursdays March 7th-30th 10:00 am - 11:30 am (Virtual) April practice sessions TBD *The Workshop Series is $99.00 per participant
