This is a high-intensity business plan development workshop that will walk you through creating a solid business plan including financial projections, and a marketing strategy with the help of AI.

This is a 2 DAY IN-PERSON Class held at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM, April 23-24th.

Light morning and afternoon refreshments will be served.

During Day 1 and 2, we will dive into completing your business plan from start to finish with the help of AI and Business Advisors. You will be provided, industry research, and a step-by-step, hands-on guidance. The goal of the Lab is to leave day 2 with a completed business plan. Additional, technical assistance will be provided via 1 on 1 sessions to tweak and branding of the business plans if needed. This session has prerequisites.

The Workshop/Lab has a $99 fee. (approx. $750 Value). Fee is due upon arrival to the workshop. And can be paid by cash, check, debit, or credit.

Prior to the Workshop:

  • Bring Laptop, or tablet if possible.
  • You must be able to access your email
  • Bring Logo and know your branding colors, if available.
  • Draft start-up costs.
  • Know your products, pricing.
  • Draft your company mission statement and vision statement. .
