In the words of Winston Churchill, “He who fails to plan, plans to fail.” The failure rate of small businesses is over 60% inside of five years! If you want to decrease your chances of becoming one of the statistics, you must create a plan to achieve your business goals. At the end of this five week course you will have a thorough, working business plan. We will cover the executive summary, the business and product description, organizational structures, the marketing plan, and business financial statements. Topics per week: February 6: Week One - Module 1 Introduction, Executive Summary, Business Description February 13: Week Two - Modules 2 & 3 Legal Structures and Market Analysis. February 20: Week Three - Modules 4 & 5 Organization, Management and Service / Product Pricing and Delivery. February 27: Week Four - Module 6 Financial Statements March 6: Week Five - Module 7 The Funding Request Business Plan Presentation to Lender Panel: For those who attend all five modules and complete your business plan, you will have an opportunity to present your plan to a panel of lenders for feedback and financial review on the following date. You must present your completed plan to the facilitating business advisor one week prior to the Lender Review Panel. Date Below. March 13: Business Plan: Lender Review
