This Home-Based to Marketplace event is targeted to food entrepreneurs who are making products at home OR using a commercial kitchen. Join us to learn how to get any of these products to a store shelf: Home baked goods, cottage foods, eggs, fruits and vegetables, apple cider, dairy products, meat (butcher products), canned goods, BBQ sauces, Salsa, honey and honey products, pet food and treats, and more…. This session is designed to clarify questions regarding what food products can be made at home versus which food products must be cooked in a licensed commercial kitchen. In addition we will cover licensing requirements and procedures, food labels, packaging as well as production and distribution.
