Understanding Your Business Financials (On-Demand Webinar)

On Demand
Until Jun 26
Topic: Financial Analysis

Learn the power of financial statements for operational success and to best position you with a lender.

About this Event

Creating a solid financial plan is really a study of what it takes to be successful. If the resources are out of your reach, if you don't have the experience or if the market is too unstable at the moment, the financial plan will make that clear. By creating a financial plan you may find that the price you plan on charging for your products or services is materially higher than what your competitors are charging or perhaps the price is fine, but your manufacturing costs are too high and it will be difficult to earn a profit. Either way having a financial plan will guide you in the right steps to take to achieve growth in your business.

In this session we will discuss the power of financial statements not only for operational success but also how to use these statements to best position you with a lender.

Speaker: Kevin Hammond, MBA, CBA
