About this Event

Join the Ohio Small Business Development Center in partnership with the Dublin Entrepreneurial Center for a podcast style Q&A designed to dig into the topics that are impacting your business and keeping you up at night.

In this premier edition of “Small Business Breakthroughs,” Ohio SBDC Director Michael Bowers will talk with TJ Eveland, PhD, founder and Managing Director of SBC Small Business Advising.

What will be discussed:

• What should the small business owner be doing “strategically” to set their business on a path for success?
• Is there a new normal in the market that the business owner should be making a shift to address and if so how should they do it?
• What about employees, what should the small business owner do to improve their recruiting, selection and on boarding?
• Money, what should the small business owner do to generate more revenue and cash internally and how should they approach external funding?
• What is the most important thing the small business owner should do “today” to help their business? • And of course, we will answer your business questions
