Teresa is passionate about coaching everyone from managers and leaders to small business owners, aiming to move them to reach their fullest potential and help them grow beyond their anticipated benchmark. She will be discussing how to implement human resource practices into your small business to improve your hiring and training of employees.

Teresa Stevenson : Teresa is the founder and independent consultant of All Things In Common, LLC, which provides Human Resource consulting services to employers in need of improving their efforts regarding the lifecycle of an employee within people operations. Teresa has over 20 years of experience in HR, management, operations, recruitment, coaching, and training with a focus on directing HR administration, policies, and procedures across all areas of supported functions to meet compliance requirements. Teresa is a member of SHRM, the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO), a certified Everything DiSC Practitioner, and also holds a certificate in e-Learning Design. Teresa has experience working in a variety of industries ranging from Construction to Healthcare.

Michael Bowers is a business consultant and Director of the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Columbus State. Michael works closely with entrepreneurs and business owners assisting them in building their companies. He has a diverse business skill set with experience in banking, private equity, strategic planning, digital media and marketing.
