Certified Public Accountant Michelle Roseberry is joining Small Business Breakthroughs this month to discuss new tax changes that could impact small business owners. We will also discuss small business ownership from a financial viewpoint. We will be discussing how you should handle the recordkeeping and the financial issues of your business so you can know if you are making money and how you can make more.

Michelle Roseberry is the Principal-in-Charge of the Columbus, Ohio offices of HBK CPAs & Consultants and has been with the firm since 2015. Michelle has extensive experience in audit and accounting services in both public accounting and private companies. During her time in private industry, she worked as a Senior Accountant in the accounting department of a large equipment dealership and established an internal control system for a retail company. She works with individuals and small to mid-sized business owners and employee benefit plans from a wide variety of industries such as: construction, manufacturing, dealerships, and nonprofit entities. She also has experience operating a company owned by an ESOP.

Michael Bowers is a business consultant and Director of the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Columbus State. Michael works closely with entrepreneurs and business owners assisting them in building their companies. He has a diverse business skill set with experience in banking, private equity, strategic planning, digital media and marketing.
