Alfonso joined First Merchants Bank in 2022 as a Community Business Lender and was promoted to Community Lending Manager in 2023, providing services to Indiana, Central Ohio, and Detroit. Prior to joining First Merchants Bank, Alfonso served as Branch Manager with Key Bankm and Retail Banker with BMO Bank. He holds a BA in economics from Indiana University and an associate degree in kinesiology.
