A hands on workshop that will help business owners start building business financial projections one step at a time. Business owners will be able to answer the questions of Can we provide a financial picture of the business? How much money do we need to reach business goals and how will we raise it? How long will it be until the business is cash flow positive and / or net income positive? Designed for the existing business owner, this interactive workshop will help you to start building your business financial projections one step at a time. Participants should be already operating a business or have developed a robust business plan and should bring financials and a laptop to the session.
