Are you struggling or do you lack the needed confidence to succeed in business and personal negotiations? Get the results you are looking for and achieve positive, collaborative conversations by learning “proven to work” strategies for negotiating success that will WOW you! SJ Barakony, shares principles from the best-selling book “Never Split the Difference” by Mr. Chris Voss. The strategies and soft skills you'll learn in this session will be priceless. Learning Outcomes: • Learn how giving someone’s emotion a name creates trust and gets you close to someone without asking about external factors. • Learn how to use “No” to provide an opportunity for you and the other party to clarify what you want by eliminating what you don’t want. • Learn how to use empathy to recognize emotional obstacles and discover potential pathways reaching an agreement.
