This presentation is designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners who are thinking about or have taken the step of hiring employees. We cover the basics of independent contractors versus employees, key considerations, and an overview of things a business needs to have in place when hiring employees. We will also touch on the context of compliance issues, and offer ways to manage the risk doing it wrong.

She is currently the owner of SoFo Solution Focused HR, LLC, a consulting firm that helps businesses solve HR challenges.
