In this workshop we will discuss: • How to turn first-time customers into loyal lifetime customers. • How to turn a bad customer experience into a good one. • Effectively handling customer complaints in person and on social media • Why great customer service increases sales and profitability • How to create a culture of great customer service

Speaker(s): Lisa Crum CBA, MVSBDC. Lisa has spent 35 years in customer service as a business owner, in management and service positions. As a bakery owner for almost 20 years great customer service was as important as the products she produced. Lisa built a customer service training program for her team and she continued to teach the importance of customer service when building a successful business.
