Business Model Canvas - One Page Business Plan
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to map out their business using the Business Model Canvas—a powerful, visual framework for understanding key components such as customers, value proposition, revenue streams, and operations.
Once the canvas is complete, participants will be guided step-by-step in translating their ideas into a concise, one-page business plan. This document will serve as a polished, SBDC-reviewed deliverable that demonstrates business viability and prepares participants for finalist consideration.
By the end of the session, attendees will walk away with a clear, structured plan they can use to communicate their business effectively to mentors, funders, and judges.
