Since 2013, Jilson has operated his own private consulting firm, TSA Financial and Management Services, providing financial and management services, business strategies, and economic inclusion strategies to various clients. Jilson is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville, with a major in accounting. He has been a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
