Advise participants about recurring uses of the ProfitCents platform to facilitate critical strategic thinking, employ business best practices, and strive for ongoing continuous improvement to facilitate and manage growth. Current events may be incorporated into the presentation to facilitate live situational assessment learning.

Speaker(s): Jilson R. Daniels TSA Financial and Management Services, LLC Jilson is a business development professional with a background in finance and accounting. In 2008, Jilson joined the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber where he was on the staff of the Minority Business Accelerator as financial controller. Since 2013, Jilson has operated his own private consulting firm, TSA Financial and Management Services, providing financial and management services, business strategies, and economic inclusion strategies to various clients. Jilson is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville, with a major in accounting. He has been a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Major clients of the firm are the Greater Cincinnati Port Authority, FC Cincinnati, the Urban League of Greater Southwest Ohio, the Cincinnati Minority Business Collaborative, WBEC-ORV, SBDC, and growth venture firms in the Midwest. Growth venture firms include companies involved in advanced manufacturing and assembly, product distribution, facilities maintenance, construction management, telecommunications, technology, and restaurant start-ups.
