Speaker(s): Tina Macon Tina Macon has over 25 years of experience in the Organizational Development and Business Coaching arena assisting businesses and organizations in the areas of Business Design, Human Capital Management design and operations, Conflict Analysis and Correction Strategies, Executive Coaching, and Training. As President and Senior Consultant of AllMac & Associates, LLC some of the clients Tina has partnered with include Xavier University, the YWCA of Hamilton, 1628ltd, Arauco- NA, Greater Cincinnati Water Works, The Free Store Food Bank, Small Business Development Council (SBDC) of Hamilton County, and Cincinnati Public Schools. Tina has a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Engagement from Antioch University McGregor and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University.
