Legal Issues Facing The Small Business Owners will be a 4- Week webinar discussing different issues such as Service Contracts, classification of employees and independent contractors, information on effective ways to use of attorneys.

Speaker(s): Presented by Sean Mangan Professor of Practice, University of Cincinnati College of Law Co-Director of the UC Law Corporate Law Center Director, Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic Professor Mangan will give a series of presentations on common legal issues that face small business owners, including basic services contracts, the classification of employees and contractors, and how business owners can best use and evaluate legal services. Sean has practiced corporate and small business law in a variety of contexts over the past 15 years and has taught transactional lawyering skills at the University of Cincinnati College of Law for the past ten years. The Corporate Law Center at UC Law engages practitioners, scholars, and business professionals on the most pressing legal issues of the day and presents an annual symposium on a particular topic.
