Power of the Pivot

Join us for two 1-hour session, on the Power of the Pivot. In this teaching, we will discuss tools to help you work on your business, not just in your business, so you can pivot from pandemic to growth. In session 1, you will gain a deeper understanding of your core customer, as we review a method to analyze customer profitability.
