Cover Secretary of State Checklist, licensing procedures, and insurance requirements for a strong foundation in entrepreneurship. ● Welcome and Recap of Previous Session ● Icebreaker Activity: Reflecting on Market Research ● Organizational Structure: Sole Proprietorship, LLC, Corporation, etc. ● Legal Requirements for Starting a Business: Licenses, Permits, and Regulations ● Understanding Insurance Needs: Liability, Property, Workers' Compensation, etc. ● Interactive Quiz: Testing Understanding of Legal Requirements ● Q&A Session ● Closing Remarks and Next Steps
