Following this session, participants will: • Learn what a podcast is and how it can benefit a business • Understand what blogging is with respect to one’s business, and how to blog with frequency • Recognize your audience needs and how to develop blog and podcast topics to reach your audience • Create a simple blog with graphics and understand the performance metrics • Create a workflow for a podcast and understand the steps to creating your first podcast This session will be led by Susan Licate.
