In this two hour workshop, small business leaders will not only learn contemporary marketing strategies and new ideas, but also explore how to do a communications audit, competitive audit and create a strategic and implementable marketing plan. Instead of focusing on this endless array of tactics and things you "could do," this workshop will share better strategies and things you "should do," based on type, budget and goals.
