Nov

2017
Tue 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Topic: Business Planning

Attendees of this one-hour workshop will learn why a concise and precise elevator speech is critical to promoting their businesses. They will learn six surefire ways to improve their elevator speeches and hear examples of how others have changed theirs for the better and gotten the attention they and their businesses deserved. Attendees will leave the workshop having transformed and practiced their elevator speeches. The words and phrases they develop during the workshop then can be used for all future marketing purposes. Bio: Following a career in marketing communication working for others, in 2005 Nikki Evans founded her own marketing communication business. Her expertise was creating customized marketing messages that were clear, concise and—most important—compelled people to ask for more information about what her clients offered. While she retired her business in 2012 after becoming director of Business Advisers of Cleveland, she happily continues to offer her valuable and unusual workshop to business groups.
