Tue 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
Topic: Business Planning

Many small businesses face similar problems around cost savings, bottlenecks in the business process, missed sales opportunities, and inconsistent products or services. This course will introduce you to supply chain principles that will help you build a system to continuously improve your cost savings while driving inefficiencies out of your business process. This will also touch on the importance of supplier diversity initiatives and how they can help your small business.

Speaker(s): Justin Algeri Justin is a Supply Chain and Supplier Diversity Professional who has experience in vendor management, inventory management, data analytics, and supplier diversity at both Cleveland Clinic and Nestlé. Currently the Supplier Diversity Program Manager for Cleveland Clinic, his role is to connect minority, woman, veteran, and LGBT certified businesses to sourcing opportunities at Cleveland Clinic. He also works with other North East Ohio corporations and organizations to drive business equity in our communities, and to help connect small and diverse businesses to training and development opportunities.
