Solving the Pricing Puzzle; Developing Winning Pricing Strategies for Optimum Profit
Your pricing strategy may be the most impactful decision you make when starting or running your business, but it is often not given the priority or time it deserves. In this workshop we will discuss the relationships between price, value, and costs. We will also cover the different price strategies that exist as well as review key internal and external factors to consider when setting and managing prices. Speaker(s): Dan Latas retired from the Lubrizol Corporation after 30+ years of service as a marketing professional having significant experience in both strategic and tactical marketing, including price and profit management. Dan is currently Manager of Fenwick Castle Consulting, LLC, and working as a contract consultant to the Lorain SBDC.
