The COVID pandemic continues to have a significant and enduring impact on workforce and workplace issues for small businesses. One thing that is certain is that the landscape is very complex and is continually changing. Join us for a one-hour webinar where HR experts Mollie Katz (CSU-SBDC HR consultant) and Emily Smayda Kelly (HR attorney and Principal of Kel-Lume Group) provide their perspective on:

· The impact of COVID on small business hiring and retention

· Dealing with workplace issues related to masks and vaccines

· Potential changes to the FMLA that may impact small businesses (including leaves for COVID illness)

· Navigating through unemployment laws and implications This seminar is a partnership of Cleveland State University’s Small Business Development Center, the City of North Olmsted and North Olmsted Chamber of Commerce.
