Be ready to go to your financial institution with a solid loan package. Entrepreneurs will work with SBDC advisors to complete required documentation to make the loan process less time consuming. Attendees will receive a flash drive loaded with the following items: • Executive Summary Template • Source and Uses Statement • Sales Forecast • Operating Budget • Personal Financial Statement • Debt Schedule • Financial Projection Model This workshop is best suited for businesses that are registered legal entities in the state of Ohio and have generated sales. Additional Requirements: • Current on all state and federal taxes or established payment plan • A credit score of 590 or higher • Copy of your Annual Credit report (Needed to complete Debt Schedule) • Must have a minimum of 10% cash contribution available for your loan project (based on the total)
