Following this introductory business presentation, attendees are welcome schedule a business advisory session with our to register their LLC & EIN with the State of Ohio. A member of our staff will discuss the different types of legal structures and assist participants with completing the forms for registering their business. It is important that prior to attending the workshop you: 1) Select your business name by checking the following website and confirming the name is available: https://businesssearch.ohiosos.gov/ 2) Be prepared to pay the business registration fee ($99 as of April 2020). 3) Be prepared to pay with your credit or debit on the Ohio Secretary of State website.
