We will walk through registering you LLC online via Zoom. It will be best to attend on two devices. View on your phone and follow the actual registration on a laptop or computer. Please have the $99 state of Ohio LLC registration fee ready on a debit or credit card. All processing is online. Nothing goes to the presenters. The fee goes directly to the state.
