Business Plan Lab
This is a high-intensity business plan development workshop that will walk you through creating a solid business business plan including financial projections, and a marketing strategy.
This is a 2 DAY IN-PERSON Class held at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM each day.
Light refreshments and lunch will be served.
During Day 1 and 2, we will dive into completing your business plan from start to finish. Providing you will a sample business plan, industry research, and a step by step guide. The goal of the Lab is to leave day 2 with a completed business plan. Additional, technical assistance will be provided via 1 on 1 sessions to tweak and brand the business plans.
