This is a high-intensity business plan development workshop that will walk you through creating a solid business business plan including financial projections, and a marketing strategy with the help of AI.

This is a 2 DAY IN-PERSON Class held at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM each day.

Light refreshments and lunch will be served.

During Day 1 and 2, we will dive into completing your business plan from start to finish with the help of AI. You will be provided, industry research, and a step by step guide. The goal of the Lab is to leave day 2 with a completed business plan. Additional, technical assistance will be provided via 1 on 1 sessions to tweak and branding of the business plans if needed. This session has prerequisites.

The Lab has a $99 fee. We collect the fee during the class. If the fee is prohibited for your budget please let the facilitators know. We will work with you. We do not want the fee to be a barrier to your growth or success. All are admitted and we work with your budget.

Prerequisites

  • Bring Laptop if possible.
  • Bring Logo and know your branding colors.
  • Have start-up cost.
  • Know your products and have pricing available.
  • Bring your company mission statement. .
