Attention Lead Abatement level and RRP Contractors that can remediate potential lead hazards, this free workshop is for you, for potential Contract Opportunities:

The SBDC in partnership with the CNP will be hosting a free Lead Safe In-person Workshop for Lead Abatement and RRP Contractors.

This workshop will focus on guiding contractors through the Lead Safe Workforce application process.

Attendees will receive assistance with the following:

  • Lead Safe Workforce Application
  • Insurance and Bonding
  • Workers' Compensation
  • Info on the MBE Certification Requirements
  • Lead and RRP Class Registration

JOIN THE LEAD SAFE WORKFORCE:

Through our partnership with The Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition (LSCC), Cleveland Neighborhood Progress (CNP) is working to award more than $6.5M in jobs to general contractors who have completed the Renovation, Repair, and Paint (RRP) certification.

These jobs can total up to $12k in scope and will range from painting and light carpentry to drywall, window and door replacement, etc.

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED? To learn more about being awarded Lead Safe jobs, join us for this virtual kickoff session hosted by SBDC of The Urban League of Greater Cleveland.

There you will be able to get connected to certification opportunities and learn about our RFQ to be added to the approved contractor pool.
