HR & New Drug Laws in the Workplace

Presented by Elizabeth Crosby, this seminar will delve into issues facing today's workplace. Thirty-three states, including Ohio, have legalized drugs for medical use but many employers are uncertain of what that entails. During the presentation, attendees will learn: What does this mean? Who are eligible to use? Why has the medical use of drugs been so controversial in the US?

Speaker(s): Elizabeth has over 25 years of experience in the areas of employment law and workers' compensation. She is a board certified by the Ohio State Bar Association and one of only four attorneys in Ohio possessing a dual-certification. She represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law.
